EyUp! support the work of the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, making a difference to the community, mental health, wellbeing and learning disability services. The charity go above and beyond to bring happiness and support to local communities, boosting recovery and creating memories.

Four Sewtec colleagues are therefore embarking on a challenge to raise awareness and funds to support our local communities by climbing the three highest mountains of England, Scotland, and Wales, all within 24 hours.

Lee, Phil, Chris, and Richard are taking on the challenge on 12 June 2021 where they are aiming to walk the total distance of 23 miles, with a total driving distance of 462 miles. The challenge starts with Ben Nevis at 3pm, followed by an overnight drive to Scafell Pike which will be climbed the following morning, and then on to complete Snowdon before 3pm the following afternoon.

The team have been preparing for the challenge by taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks, which covers a distance of around 24 miles, and includes the mountains of Whernside, Ingleborough, and Pen-y-ghent.
