Sewtec Appoints New Finance Director

James is an adaptable, results driven chartered accountant with over 15 years experience both in industry and practice across operational and commercial finance, with a focus on manufacturing.

James has spent his career working within entrepreneurial businesses whether privately owned, private equity backed or publicly listed. He began his accountancy career with BDO following completion of his Chemistry PhD. He made the move to industry and immediately prior to joining Sewtec worked for Allied Glass Containers who became Verallia UK upon their sale to Verallia S.A.

Welcoming James to the company, Sewtec managing director, Mark Cook, said: “For us to achieve our growth plans, we need a senior management team that is both ambitious and highly capable.

James has these qualities in abundance and is an expert in his respective field of finance.
